Dr. Edward P. Allen

Dr. Pat Allen is a renowned educator in soft tissue reconstruction and has served as President of the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation, the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.

He has published over 100 articles in the area of esthetic surgery and has presented numerous lectures and surgical demonstrations worldwide.

Dr. Allen is the recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award from Baylor College of Dentistry Periodontics Residency, the Master Clinician Award from the American Academy of Periodontology, the Saul Schluger for Excellence in Diagnosis and Treatment Planning, and the President’s Award for Excellence in Dental Education from the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.

Dr. Julian Conejo

Dr. Conejo is the Director of Clinical CAD/CAM Technologies in the Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Conejo obtained his DDS from the Universidad Latina, Costa Rica and then completed his training as a prosthodontist at Universidad Intercontinental, Mexico. Subsequently, he was appointed as a Professor at the Prosthodontics Department, Universidad Latina. At Penn Dental Medicine, he conducts research on CAD/CAM technology, prosthodontics, and implant dentistry. He has lectured in over 30 countries focusing on digital workflows for esthetic tooth and implant-supported restorations.

Dr. Andrew Ferrier

Dr. Andrew Ferrier earned his dental degree from UCLA and completed the three-year Prosthodontic Residency Program at UCSF. For the past 13 years, he has treated patients with full-arch, immediate-load treatment concepts in his private practice and for a dental implant center. Dr. Ferrier served as the staff prosthodontist for the Head and Neck surgery department of Kaiser Hospital in Oakland. He has completed over 1,300 arches and conducted thousands of maintenance visits and patient consultations. Dr. Ferrier has held a position of assistant clinical professor at UCSF. He lectures on a broad variety of topics including implants, CEREC and dental practice management.

Mr. Cameron Full

Cameron Full is a highly educated and experienced business professional with a diverse background in business management and digital solutions. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate at St. Ambrose University, where his studies have focused on organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic management, and organizational theory. His dissertation research centers on Bricolage, materials he presented at the Midwest Academy of Management Conference.

In addition to his doctoral studies, Cameron has also completed an International Leadership Program at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, a Masters of Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University, a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center at The University of Iowa, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Iowa.

Mr. Marcus Hines

Marcus Hines began selling dental implants for BioHorizons in 2003, followed by a promotion to Director of Full Arch Solutions from 2015-2023. Marcus is the author of the bestseller, Marketing Implant Dentistry, published by Wiley-Blackwell, and a contributing author to the Modern Implant Dentistry book, published by Quintessence. He has successfully provided dental implant marketing coaching to hundreds of implant driven practices. Marcus earned a master’s degree in marketing analytics from American University. Marcus is the founder of Marketing Implant Dentistry, a dental implant marketing consulting firm.

Dr. Curry Leavitt

Dr. Curry Leavitt is a native of Las Vegas and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Biology at the University of Utah. He graduated cum laude from Temple University School of Dentistry, and completed the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Periodontology program, where he received training in multiple surgical and medical disciplines.

Dr. Leavitt enjoys teaching and has lectured to large groups concerning soft tissue augmentation techniques, digitally guided surgery, ridge augmentation and full arch treatment. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada School of Medicines dental GPR program.

Dr. Leavitt is the owner of Red Rocks Periodontology and Implantology in Las Vegas, which includes a state of the art teaching center where he hosts regular implant and grafting related courses.

Dr. Logan Locke

Dr. Locke graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah with a degree in finance. He was then accepted into the prestigious Regional Dental Education Program and attended Creighton Dental School on scholarship.

Dr. Locke loves all aspects of dentistry but has received extensive training in oral surgery and implants. He is also trained in facial esthetics including the use of Botox and dermal fillers.

Dr. Barrie Matthews

Dr. Barrie Matthews graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2006. He established the Big Sky Smile Centers in Miles City and Sidney, Montana. His practices have been limited to dental implant therapy since 2022. Dr. Matthews follows a fully digital approach, including his in-house laboratory. He utilizes advanced photogrammetry technologies that allow him to begin printing a 3D full arch provisional within 20 minutes of an intraoral scan.

Dr. Matthews is an alumni and member of Full Arch Masters and has completed each course in their curriculum. He is also an alumni and mentor for the Implant Pathway Continuing Education Program.

Dr. Matthews is passionate about sharing his experience with dental colleagues and enjoys mentoring doctors. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Montana Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, the Academy of Osseointegration, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Carl Medgaus

Dr. Carl Medgaus earned his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed a GPR and went on to establish a successful private practice. Dr. Medgaus was an assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh for 6 years and he directed the GPR at Montefiore Hospital for 8 years. He trained in Implantology with the Misch Implant Institute and Dr. Michael Pikos. Dr. Medgaus has completed over 1000 full arch cases successfully.

Dr. Justin Moody

Dr. Justin Moody attended the University of Nebraska and receiving his DDS from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. His practice has been limited to dental implants since 2008 and he now pursues his passion of education. As the owner and founder of Implant Pathway, he understands the importance and value of using dental implants to provide patients with a true tooth replacement solution. He is a Diplomate in the American Board of Oral Implantology, Honored Fellow, Fellow and Associate Fellow with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Adjunct Faculty at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and New York University. Dr. Moody is currently the president of the 501c3 non-profit New Horizons Institute dental clinic in Tempe where over 30 million dollars of donated dental services have been provided since its inception in 2018.

Mr. Amol Nirgudkar

As the Co-Founder and CEO of Patient Prism, LLC, Amol helps dentists grow their practices and reach their goals. He is in an unusual position to offer practical insights. As a certified public accountant, business consultant, author, entrepreneur, and former owner of several dental practices, he has 20 years of experience working with dental practices, both large and small. Amol has also written several articles and e-books and published a paperback book called Profitable Niches in General Dentistry (2014).

Dr. Michael A. Pikos

Dr. Michael Pikos is an oral maxillofacial surgeon and the founder of the Pikos Institute, where he has been teaching a continuum of Bone and Soft Tissue Grafting along with CT technology since 1991. A graduate of The Ohio State University and College of Dentistry, Dr. Pikos now maintains faculty appointments at Ohio State, Nova Southeastern University, the University of Florida, Aristotle University in Greece, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In addition to serving on numerous journal editorial boards, he is the author of the book “Bone Augmentation in Implant Dentistry.” Dr. Pikos has been repeatedly recognized as a top educator and has lectured extensively on implant surgical reconstruction around the world, and has placed more than 30,000 implants during his career. In addition to his numerous professional organization memberships and university faculty appointments, Dr. Pikos maintains a private practice in Trinity, Florida that is limited exclusively to implant surgical reconstruction.

Dr. Randy Roberts

Dr. Roberts graduated Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. He received a master's degree in liberal arts from Harvard and his bachelor's degree in integrated studies of biology and business from Utah Valley University. He founded Utah Smile Clinic and subsequently Smile Systems.

Dr. Roberts pioneered the industry changing the 3 on 6™ full mouth restoration procedure. He is one of the most experienced implant specialists in the country, routinely placing over 1,000 implants every year. Dr. Roberts is highly sought after for lecturing and training other dentists in the area of dental implants and full mouth smile restoration. Dr. Arshiya Sharafi

Dr. Arshiya Sharafi earned his dental degree at the University of Maryland Dental School and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at University of Maryland Medical Center and R. Adam Cowley Shock Trauma Center. He has trained extensively in Dentoalveolar Surgery, Dental Implants, Orthognathic Surgery, Maxillofacial Trauma Surgery, Facial Cosmetic Surgery, and Benign Head and Neck Pathology.

Dr. Sharafi is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and Academy of Osseointegration.

Dr. Sharafi’s area of expertise is full mouth reconstruction and bone grafting. He has successfully performed over 4,500 full arch immediate load cases and he is the Surgical instructor for the Biohorizons Dental Implant Training Center in San Diego and it’s TeethXpress Full Arch Courses.

Dr. Jason Souyias

Dr. Souyias went to the University of Detroit Mercy for his dental education and graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2002. Immediately following dental school, he chose to specialize in periodontics because of the pure passion he developed for that part of dentistry. He completed a three-year periodontal residency program at Oregon Health and Science University in 2005. Jason’s constant pursuit of excellence led him to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology in 2007.

Jason’s passion for his profession is reflected in his desire to share it with others. He is a part-time Assistant Clinical Professor, Department of Periodontology and Hygiene, at the University of Detroit Mercy. Dr. Souyias regularly educates dentists and hygienists by giving presentations. Jason is committed to helping the dentists he works with succeed. He frequently presents to small office groups on business practices, periodontal therapy, and dental implants.

Dr. Robert Stanley

Dr. Robert Stanley's professional career began as a Mechanical & Aerospace engineer, providing him with a unique ability to master and share his understanding of biomechanics as it applies to dental implants. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry, he is now known as The Smile Engineer and practices with his wife Bobbi Stanley in Cary, North Carolina.

Dr. Stanley has extensive experience in implant surgery, advanced bone and soft tissue grafting. His implementation of CBCT technology with guided dental implant surgery and guided sinus lift surgery makes planning and placing dental implants predictable and successful.

Dr. Stanley is co-founder of the Stanley Institute which provides numerous training courses on grafting and implant placement. He uses his unique background in engineering and dentistry to help dentists painlessly master 3 key components of implantology: planning, placement, and prosthetics.

Dr. Jason Stoner

Dr. Jason earned his D.D.S. Degree and certificate in Periodontology from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry, and holds a master's degree in Oral Surgery, Oral Pathology and Oral Medicine. Following that training, he completed a one-year associateship in esthetics, periodontal plastic and dental implant surgery in the Carolinas. After going into private practice in Dublin, Ohio, Dr. Stoner founded the Sfumato Dental Study Club, which is dedicated to advanced, comprehensive dentistry and clinical excellence. He is a Board-Certified Periodontist and Implantologist accredited by the American Board of Periodontology and Dental Implantology, and mentors others in Periodontology, implant surgery, esthetic surgery, laser therapies and business practices. Dr. Stoner has written four books as guides to patients to make well-informed decisions on their care in order to improve their long-term oral and systemic health.

Dr. Sully Sullivan

Dr. Sullivan graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Tennessee College of Dentistry in 2015. He practices alongside his dad in Brentwood, Tennessee at Sullivan Dental Partners, which is also home to the 3D Dentists Nashville Training Center. Dr. Sullivan has invested countless hours in continuous learning, placing him at the forefront of dental technology and techniques. His practice incorporates state-of-the-art technologies including CBCT, 3D printing, digital scanning and in-house milling, and offers procedures including full mouth reconstruction, oral surgery, and cosmetic makeovers.

Based on his desire to help younger dentists accelerate their growth, Dr. Sullivan founded the Millennial Dentist podcast. He is also a key partner in 3D Dentists, an educational powerhouse equipping dentists with the skills to thrive in the ever-evolving dental landscape.

Dr. Homa H. Zadeh

Dr. Homa Zadeh is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and Implant Surgery. He graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with a BS degree, followed by a DDS from USC Ostrow School of Dentistry. He completed post-doctoral clinical training in periodontology, as well as a PhD degree in immunology, at the University of Connecticut Health Center (UCHC) School of Dental Medicine and School of Medicine, respectively. Dr. Zadeh has lectured nationally and internationally in over 40 countries at prestigious conferences on topics ranging from aesthetics to minimally invasive periodontal and implant surgery, as well as tissue engineering. He has published over 100 journal articles in peer review journals, reviews, abstracts, and book chapters.

Dr. Zadeh is the innovator of the VISTA technique for the treatment of soft tissue and bone deficiencies around teeth and implants and directs the VISTA Institute for Therapeutic Innovations, with blended educational pedagogy on a variety of clinically relevant topics. He maintains a private practice of periodontology and implant surgery in Southern California.
