Webinar Description
Implant placement in the posterior maxilla is often limited by lack of vertical bone height due to maxillary sinus pneumatization. Several techniques have been utilized to access the sinus cavity, elevate the membrane and graft the sinus to enable implant placement. While the literature supports sinus grafting as a safe and predictable therapeutic modality, sinus augmentation can have complications. This presentation will cover anatomy, techniques and complications along with evidence-based discussion of sinus augmentation using the lateral window approach. 1 CE Credit Hour | Free *You will receive a Verification of Course Attendance via email after you complete and pass the quiz.
